Returns & Exchanges
At Luxuriant Premium, every order undergoes meticulous multi-point inspection before it ships. For eligible, unused items, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery to request.a return. All returns must be pre-approved. Refunds are not offered; store credit only.
Return Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Lace uncut, with tamper tag fully intact and all original packaging present
• Free of use (no adhesive, styling, tinting, coloring, cutting, heat damage, etc.)
• Not marked Final Sale (Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit)
How to request a return
1. Submit our Contact Form within 14 days of delivery and select “Product Return” as the topic. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your store credit.
Credit processing
Once your return is received and passes inspection, store credit will be issued via email within 1–3 business days.
Items returned without the original tamper tag intact will not qualify for store credit and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please submit a return (if eligible) and use your store credit to place a new order at your convenience.
Special Note for Wig Orders
Due to hygiene and customization concerns, all wig orders must meet strict eligibility guidelines to be approved for return. We document wig condition before shipment using internal ID tracking. Lace must be uncut, and the tamper-evident tag must remain intact.
Custom wigs or private commission units (such as The Icon Wig) are final sale and do not qualify for return or store credit.
We reserve the right to deny returns for any wig showing signs of wear, styling, or tampering.
