At Luxuriant Premium, every order is packed with care and delivered with intention. Because our products reflect the highest standard of hair quality, we prioritize both security and peace of mind throughout the shipping process.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are fully trackable, insured to their full value, and require a signature upon delivery.
These safeguards are in place to ensure your investment arrives safely and is never left unattended.
Orders are processed promptly and shipped once quality inspection and packaging preparation are complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If any delay is anticipated, you will be notified promptly with an updated estimated ship date.
Complimentary Shipping
All standard retail orders ship complimentary within the United States. Complimentary shipping applies to retail purchases only and does not extend to wholesale partner orders or medical procurement shipments.
Signature Confirmation
All packages require a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or local pickup.
Insured Shipments
Every Luxuriant order is shipped with full insurance coverage against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately through the Contact Us form with your order number and tracking details so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within approximately 5–7 business days.
Signature pieces, including select luxury wigs, may require additional preparation time and typically ship within 10–14 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Wholesale & Institutional Shipments
Wholesale partner orders and medical procurement shipments may require additional processing time depending on order volume, product preparation, and packaging requirements.
Shipping costs for wholesale and medical procurement orders are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the purchasing organization. Orders are shipped using Luxuriant Premium’s designated carriers and delivery standards.
Large-volume orders may ship via specialized carriers or freight services to ensure secure delivery.
Luxuriant Premium will communicate estimated timelines and shipping arrangements prior to dispatch.
Important Shipping Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Orders must be delivered to a physical address that supports signature confirmation
- Luxuriant Premium is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package is in transit
- Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or events outside of our control are not the responsibility of Luxuriant Premium
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require a reshipment fee
